What if the very thing you've been praying for is waiting on your obedience?
We often ask God to open doors, send opportunities, and release breakthroughs. Yet sometimes heaven isn't waiting to respond to our prayers—it's waiting to respond to our "yes."
Why is saying yes so difficult? Because yes requires trust. It means surrendering control, stepping into the unknown, and believing that God's plans are greater than our own. It's much easier to stay where life feels familiar than to step into a place where faith is required.
The truth is, every significant move of God in Scripture began with someone's willingness to obey. Abraham left everything he knew. Mary embraced an assignment she couldn't fully understand. Peter stepped out of the boat. Their lives were forever changed because they chose faith over fear.
What has God been asking you to do?
Perhaps He's calling you to forgive. To launch the business. To start the ministry. To mend the relationship. To walk away from what no longer aligns with His purpose. Whatever it is, delayed obedience only delays what God desires to do in and through you.
Your yes isn't just about you. Someone else's healing, encouragement, breakthrough, or salvation may be connected to your willingness to obey. Your obedience has a ripple effect that reaches farther than you can imagine.
So stop waiting until you have every answer. Stop allowing fear to make decisions that faith was meant to make.
God has already prepared the path. He's simply waiting for your next step.
Today, choose trust over hesitation. Choose surrender over control. Choose obedience over excuses.
Your yes may be the key that unlocks everything that's been held up.
